"Karbolit" is in the top five management companies of industrial parks in the Moscow region
For the first time, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region conducted an assessment of the operating efficiency of management companies (MC) of industrial parks and industrial technology parks within the region, based on the results of their work in 2020. The assessment took into account the conditions created by the MC for residents of industrial parks.
According to the results of the assessment, "Karbolit" JSC, which is part of the "Metafrax Group", entered the top 5 management companies. The award ceremony was held on January 29, 2021. Ekaterina Zinovieva, Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Government, presented commemorative diplomas to the heads of the winning companies. In her speech she noted that the assessment of the MC activities is necessary for the coordinated work of the government and industrial parks.
- It is important for us to understand which mechanisms are working; which support measures still need to be provided to residents. But it is not only for them: starting this year, new support measures are being introduced for management companies as well. I want to thank our leaders! You are the best and you work in the Moscow region! We will move forward, improve the conditions and expand opportunities! We have big plans for the development of investment platforms, - Ekaterina Zinovieva said.

"Karbolit" JSC is an industrial park of the brownfield type. It is located in the city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo (Moscow region). More than 60 residents work within its territory. The types of production include chemical, production of construction and finishing materials, repair of tire products, production of polymers, furniture, sanitary wares and other goods.
