The employee of Metadynea was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Moscow Regional Duma
Maxim Khamidulin, Chief Quality Manager at Metadynea, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Moscow Regional Duma. The award ceremony took place on April, 10, at the Orekhovo-Zuyevo's Winter Palace at the annual solemn event dedicated to the Labor Day of the Moscow region.
Maxim Khamidulin has been working for the company for 15 years and is responsible for ensuring product quality and process control. He also participates in the development of the company's quality management system.
"For me, this award is a high appreciation of the work of the entire team. We solve challenges related to product quality and process stability on a daily basis. I am grateful to my colleagues for their professionalism and support," Maxim Khamidulin said.
Maxim Gennadievich has implemented projects to improve product quality and production efficiency. Under his leadership, the company passed a recertification audit of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015, an international standard that confirms the stability of product and process quality.
Maxim Khamidulin introduced additional methods of the incoming control of raw materials, which made it possible to increase the stability of products and warranty period of their storage by 20%. He also proposed and implemented changes in the manufacturing process of urea-formaldehyde resins, which doubled the shelf life of products and expanded the geography of supplies.
Maxim Khamidulin has been repeatedly awarded letters of gratitude and became the winner of the corporate award "Best of the Best" in 2024.
