The "Karbolit" company was recognised as the most effective industrial park management company in the Moscow region
The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region conducted an assessment of the operating efficiency of management companies of industrial parks within the Moscow region based on the results of their work in 2021. As a result of the assessment, the top 5 management companies were determined.
The first place among the leaders was taken by "Karbolit" JSC, which is a part of "Metafrax Group”. Ekaterina Zinovieva, the Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, presented awards to the winners.
- There are 59 industrial parks and 16 technical parks operating in the Moscow region — this is the most developed industrial infrastructure in Russia. Due to the management companies, it is developing effectively, - Ekaterina Zinovieva noted and wished the management companies further success in their professional activities.
The operating efficiency of the management companies of industrial sites was determined according to the results of 2021 by several criteria, including the employment of residents of the Moscow region, the occupancy of the territory by residents, the presence of accreditation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The experts have also assessed the services provided by the management company to residents, the infrastructure provision of the site and the maintenance of the territory.

The victory shows that we are going the right way, sequentially improving the site infrastructure and the quality of services provided to residents in our industrial park, - Maxim Batuev stressed.
In addition, during the award ceremony Ekaterina Zinovieva presented Maxim Batuev with a Certificate of Commendation from the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Government titled "For high professionalism and fruitful cooperation".

"Karbolit" JSC is an industrial park of the brownfield type, located in the city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow region. The site of "Karbolit" industrial park has a specialization in the accommodation of production and storage facilities. More than 30 residents work within the territory of our park. The types of production include chemical, production of construction and finishing materials, production of polymers, furniture and sanitary wares, repair of tire products and production of consumer goods.
