The "Metafrax Trading" company named the winners of the "Leader of the Year" contest

The corporate "Leader of the Year" contest was held in the "Metafrax Trading" company for the second time. Its goal is to create conditions for professional development of employees, which is one of the priority areas of work with personnel within the company. For the second year, this contest is held as part of activities to improve professional qualification as well as develop managerial and organizational skills of employees.

In 2020, the competition was held in three categories.

In the "Manager" category, employees with developed managerial skills were considered, demonstrating consistently high performance in professional activities and team management. The competition was attended by all heads of structural subdivisions of the company that are not part of the contest committee. The winners were Margarita Ilatovskaya, the Head of the Tax Accounting Methodology Department, and Sergey Rastorguev, thr Head of the Sales and Logistics Department. Thanks to competent management work, the employees of the subdivisions maintained high efficiency in the remote format and implemented a large number of important management projects in 2020.

In the "Valuable Employee" category, specialists of all categories and areas of activity were considered, showing consistently high work results, showing initiative beyond direct professional tasks and actively participating in the company's activities. Candidates were nominated for participation in the contest by the decision of the heads of structural subdivisions. According to the results of application review and voting of the members of the contest committee, Dmitry Luts, the project manager for the implementation of management compliance of the Legal Affairs Office was recognized as the winner.

The "Innovator of the Year" category considered employees of the company who initiated and implemented new projects within the framework of their professional activities. According to the results of submitted application review, Tatyana Tereshenkova, the leading labour economist of the HR and Organizational Development Department, was recognized as the winner.

The winners of the contest received diplomas and valuable prizes. The award ceremony was held online on December 28 at the corporate New Year celebration. Armen Garslyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metafrax PJSC, Dmitry Kravchek, Member of the Board of Directors of Metafrax PJSC, and Oleg Mamaev, General Director of "Metafrax Trading" LLC, congratulated the company's employees on the upcoming New Year and Christmas celebrations.

In addition, for the first time as part of the online event, the company's employees were awarded departmental awards.

The diploma of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Perm region for high professionalism and conscientious work was awarded to Dmitry Kravchek, Member of the Board of Directors of Metafrax PJSC, Margarita Ilatovskaya, Head of the Tax Accounting Methodology Department and Konstantin Churakov, Head of project evaluation office.

A Recognition letter from the head of the Leninsky District Administration of Perm was awarded to: Natalia Kolmogorova, Leading specialist of the Financial Department, Sergey Rastorguev, Head of the Sales and Logistics Department, Tatyana Tereshenkova, the leading labour economist of the HR and Organizational Development Department, Lyudmila Chernobrovina, Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs Department and Tatyana Shirokikh, Chief Accountant.
