From the "Factory of Minds" to the best welders

The Metafrax team announced itself in the Youth Capital of Russia

The Metafrax Chemicals company presented the practice of continuous education "Factory of Chemical Minds" at the regional level. The company's experience in creating a positive image of work and implementing personnel programs was presented at the IV regional conference on corporate youth policy by specialists from the HR department, activists of the company's youth organization Ksenia Mitina and Rostislav Tretyakov.

The project of Metafrax, which is one of the top 5 enterprises in the Perm Region for youth work, provides for a set of measures. The work is carried out with children, starting from kindergarten age, schoolchildren, college and university students, ending with ready-made young specialists. Among the practices used are excursions to the enterprise, training in technological and Metafrax classes, partnership with the Ural Chemical Technology College within the framework of the federal project "Professionalitet", benefits and participation in the activities of youth and trade union organizations for young professionals.

The report aroused great interest among the conference participants, representatives of Metafrax Chemicals answered a number of questions from the audience. The conference was also attended by employees of the Sveza Group, PSS Corporation, JSC Novomet-Perm, JSC ODK-PM, JSC Sibur-Khimprom and other leading enterprises of the Perm Region.

The conference was held in Perm, the Youth capital of Russia, as part of the business program of the federal stage of the All–Russian competition "Best by Profession" in the Welder nomination. The event, where the best specialists in the country competed, was attended as experts by employees of the equipment maintenance and repair plant in the process workshops of JSC Metafrax Chemicals. Alexey Fedorov, Head of the Laboratory for Technical Control and Metal Research, monitored the quality of the finished welded joints, and Ilya Galimov, a welding engineer, ensured that the contestants followed the correct technological process.

In parallel with the All-Russian competition, the regional competition "The best by profession" among welders was also held. It was attended by employees of the repair workshop, electric welders Vasily Bosy and Alexander Dresvyanikov. They did not win any prizes this time, but they performed well, demonstrating their skills and high quality of work.
