Representatives of Metafrax Chemicals congratulated veterans, teachers and students of the Urals Chemical Technological College on the 85th anniversary of its professional education system.
Two significant events - the 85th anniversary of the Russian secondary vocational education system and Teacher's Day were celebrated on October, 3, at the Urals Chemical Technological College. The festive event brought together college veterans, teachers, students, representatives of the social partner, Metafrax Chemicals, and the Gubakha’s District administration.
Alexey Nazarov, director of the Urals Chemical Technological College, congratulated all the participants and thanked them for their contribution to the development of professional education. He addressed special words of appreciation to the veterans of vocational education. Many of them have worked at the college for 30 years or more. At the audience's applause the head of the college presented certificates of honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Perm Region to Galina Dmitrievna Voronova and Yuri Semenovich Fedoseev. Irina Vladimirovna Shlegel and Viktor Vladimirovich Fofanov were also awarded honorary diplomas by the board of directors of professional educational organizations of the Perm Region.
Andrei Eremeev, Technical Director of Metafrax Chemicals JSC, noted the significant contribution of the college’s veterans, teachers, and industrial training instructors to the training of chemical industry professionals. He emphasized the Company's long-standing partnership with the college.Metafrax is a key partner of the college in the implementation of the federal project "Professionalitet", within the framework of which a regional educational and production cluster "Chemical Industry" was created on the basis of the college. Thanks to the joint work, educational laboratories and workshops are provided with modern equipment and educational programs have been introduced that focus on current production practices. The Company's specialists function as teachers of production disciplines, as well as experts at professional skills championships and demonstration exams. Students undergo practical training at the enterprise, which allows them to gain valuable work experience in real conditions and consolidate their knowledge.
- 85 years of the professional education system is an important date for our company. For many years, Metafrax has been actively involved in the life of the Urals Chemical Technological College. 70 percent of its graduates work for the Company. Many of them operate the most sophisticated technological equipment. This shows that the college provides a high level of professional training required by modern industry - said Andrei Eremeev.
He presented a certificate of appreciation, as well as certificates of honor from Metafrax Chemicals JSC, to the college's director, Alexey Nazarov, senior methodologist, Svetlana Rossakhatskaya, and methodologist, Natalya Myazina.
A key point of the festive event was the presentation of the nominee Prize of Vladimir Daut, a graduate of the Urals Chemical Technological College, an honorary citizen of Gubakha, and the head of Metafrax Chemicals for over 20 years.

Vladimir Daut presented the personalized award for outstanding academic results, interest in their specialty, and proactive approach to students: Timofey Krutaev, Danila Chernikov, Vladislav Kuznetsov, Vitaly Starodubtsev, Anastasia Rogova, Alexey Batakov, Polina Zagvozdkina and college methodologist Natalya Myazina.
Nikolai Lazeikin, Head of the Gubakha’s Municipal District, and Konstantin Porollo, Chairman of the Gubakha’s District Duma, warmly congratulated the veterans and teachers of the college and presented them with letters of gratitude.
