The Territory of Meanings Forum was held in the Moscow Region from August 7 to 11. Representatives of the Metafrax Chemicals youth organization Oksana Verkhovina and Sergey Abdullin took part in it.

The race they participated in was called "Creation" and consisted of two shift tracks - "Support Territory" for representatives of non–profit organizations and "Development Territory" for employees of state corporations and young entrepreneurs. Sergey and Oksana became participants of the second shift.

– One of the memorable events was a workout with Olympic champion Artur Dalaloyan. Also during the main work there were two cool speakers – Mikhail Khomich, who introduced variations of goal setting and gave a huge boost of motivation, and Egor Zadeba, who talked about the role of physics in our lives. Of course, I was impressed by the infrastructure of the "Senezh" management workshop, where everything took place! Everything was built so that you would immerse yourself in your studies! – Sergey Abdullin commented.

According to our colleagues, every day at the forum was full of useful lectures, master classes, interesting discussions and group work on the project. Sergey's team solved the problem of long-term adaptation of new employees and developed a system integrated into the management and evaluation processes of newly arrived employees. Oksana, along with her teammates, was preparing a project to develop technological entrepreneurship through the creation of industrial youth centers for creative use.

– What do you remember the most? Of course, people! There are so many interesting, passionate participants and speakers who are ready to share their experience and knowledge," Oksana Verkhovina shared. – This forum is about self–knowledge, about opportunities and about the team. And I want to appeal to anyone who doubts whether to apply for such events. Don't be afraid! This is a great chance to get out of your comfort zone, learn a lot of new and useful things, broaden your horizons and make friends.

Metafrax employees also express their gratitude to the management and heads of the company's departments for the opportunity to participate in significant events at the All-Russian level.
