Lawyers of "Metafrax Group" summed up the results of the year

On the eve of the Lawyer's Day, a conference of the legal service of "Metafrax Group" was held in Perm on December 2nd. The conference was attended by employees of the legal services of "Metafrax Chemicals" JSC, "Metafrax Trading" LLC, "Metadynea" LLC, "Karbolit" JSC and "MetaTransStroy" LLC. For the first time, the conference was held in a mixed format: lawyers from Perm and Gubakha were present in the conference hall, and colleagues from Moscow and Orekhovo-Zuyevo connected via video conference.

The annual practical conference is held to create opportunities for personal communication, development and support of interaction between specialists of legal services of different departments and locations, as well as to discuss the most relevant issues of legal support for "Metafrax Group" enterprises.

Before the start of the conference, Armen Garslyan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Metafrax Chemicals" JSC, made a welcoming speech and drew attention to the importance of the legal service for protection of the interests of the Group's enterprises in the current difficult situation. Afterwards, Simon Vikhnin, the Director of Legal Affairs of "Metafrax Chemicals" JSC, and Vyacheslav Osinovskikh, the Head of the Contractual Work Department of "Metafrax Trading" LLC, addressed their colleagues with information regarding the implementation status of the project on introduction of the target management model and creation of a management company, about the expected changes in the work of the legal service and the responsibility of lawyers for maintaining a high level of legal business security.

During the conference, presentations were made on relevant issues of legal support for the activities of "Metafrax Group", namely: on the requirements for legal opinions, on plans and approaches to standardization of contractual work, on the procedure for working with electronic signatures and accounting for powers of attorney.

At the end of the conference, Simon Vikhnin, the Head of the legal service, presented certificates of commendation to distinguished employees of the legal service. Among the award recipients are Elena Novikova, Elena Lustina, Vyacheslav Osinovskikh and Dmitry Lutz.
