Metadynea celebrated Knowledge Day
Events dedicated to the celebration of Knowledge Day were held at Metadynea. Similar to other enterprises included in the scope of Ruschem, the company continued the tradition of giving gifts to the children of employees: first-graders received new school backpacks.
On this day, special attention was paid to high school students as well. A trip to the Orekhovo-Zuyevo production site was held for 10th grade students of school No. 12 with in-depth study of individual subjects. The students learned about the structure of the enterprise and the key processes of the current production, learned how the loading of raw materials and the shipment of finished products are carried out, and visited the control room. Leonid Trofimenko, a process engineer, showed the workstations of resin synthesis operators and spoke about the tasks of the employees during the work shift.
A visit to the company's laboratory was just as interesting. Here, laboratory assistants led by Galina Biryukova, the head of the laboratory, showed product samples, and conducted a demonstration experiment to assess the quality of the synthesized resin.
In addition, the children of the employees of the Metadynea branch in Gubakha, Perm region, took part in a celebratory general assembly that brought together first-graders of the city. The joint celebration became a significant event for the students and marked the start of the new school year.
