Metadynea is a leader in social efficiency in the Moscow region

According to the results of the regional stage of the Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency competition, Metadynea took first place in the nomination "For reducing occupational injuries and morbidity in manufacturing organizations", and also took second place in the nomination "For developing human resources in manufacturing organizations".
The competition is held in order to identify and disseminate best practices in the field of occupational safety, personnel development and corporate social policy. The Commission evaluates regulatory documents and events for the last three years preceding the competition. Metadynea has been participating for several years, thus confirming its commitment to the principles of sustainable development, including corporate social responsibility.
When applying for the competition, Metadynea provided an extensive package of documents confirming high standards in the field of occupational safety, including the results of a special assessment of working conditions, accident and occupational disease prevention programs, reports on preventive measures, training and staff briefing.
The company is constantly analyzing and monitoring the dynamics of occupational injuries, occupational morbidity and employment in hazardous areas. Preventive measures are being taken, including the development of new training programs and technical solutions. As a result, the injury rate decreases, and the working conditions and comfort of employees improve.
The second nomination, in which Metadynea took the second place, reflects its commitment to sustainable development through attention to staff.
