Metafrax Group will Adjust Salaries

The Metafrax Group top managers have decided to increase the wage and salaries fund for all the Group companies in Russia since November 1.

The increasing rate for each company will depend on its economic possibilities, and the adjustment rate will be at least 5%. Since November, salary of all the Metafrax Chemicals employees will be adjusted by 10%.

Metafrax Group carries out an analysis of salaries competitive advantage and inflation effect to their actual level. - Said Ivan Feoktistov, Head of Personnel and Organization Development Department of LLC Metafrax Trading. – Recently, aside from the adjustment, positive decisions for introduction of additional financial stimulation systems and selective revisions of salaries per positions and professions that are the most required in the labour market were reviewed and accepted at the companies of Metafrax Group.

Metafrax Group pays special attention to the social, personnel and youth policy. According to the Collective Employment Agreement, Metafrax Chemicals provides maximum social guaranties to the current and the former employees of the company. The company is at work upon increasing of the life quality of its employees and their families, improving of the city infrastructure, education, sports, and culture in the public areas.

The previous adjustment of the salary at Metafrax Chemicals was in May, 2021, its rate was 5%.
