Metafrax Group continues its cooperation with leading Russian universities.

Metafrax Group's master class programme continued at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Metafrax Group Strategy and Investment Director Levon Garslyan and his deputy Evgeny Gavrilov presented to the students the theory of project management and the Group's experience in its implementation.

“There was a very engaged audience today. Based on the impressions of the questions from students, we managed to motivate them for further growth in the project management field. Apart from that, the Metafrax group of companies also sparked interest. Judging by the number of photos of QR-codes with our contacts, we will get an active feedback,” shared his assessment Levon Garslyan.

Risk management in investment projects was discussed in detail at the last master class. The audience members were able to familiarize themselves with the theory and international standards and were given practical recommendations on how to keep a register of project risks.

“Using the example of the educational programme of Metafrax Group's Strategy and Development Department, we came to the conclusion that relationships with the most promising students should be built from the third year of education. This is a good source of future personnel for both our and neighbouring divisions," added Evgeny Gavrilov.
