The Best for Young People
Metafrax Chemicals was ranked among the Top-5 companies of the Perm Territory in the rating for the best system of work with young people at industrial enterprises of the region.
In early September, the Perm Period regional youth forum summarized enterprise monitoring results on interaction with young specialists. Metafrax took part in the initiative and provided data on the enterprise for evaluation. The evaluation criteria included working conditions for young specialists at the enterprise, workplace comfort, the mentoring system at the enterprise, health protection, production results and rewards for them, conditions for professional development, the presence of youth and trade union organizations, and others. Data from the youth survey and other documents were provided for review.
JSC Metafrax Chemicals creates comfortable working conditions for young specialists. Yesterday's students are provided with flats in new buildings, pay supplements are set, and lifting allowances are paid. The company is interested in building a career for young ambitious professionals. An individual programme of professional development is developed for each young specialist. At the end of the first year of work, a young specialist writes an essay called “Metafrax Chemicals Through the Eyes of a Young Specialist” and participates in a contest for the best scientific and technical work.
Metafrax is proud of its youth organization, which has held more than 30 events in the first half of 2023 alone. Active, self-motivated and talented specialists find opportunities in their free time to implement interesting projects in different areas.
