In the assembly hall of Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU) On July 9, bachelor's and master's degrees were awarded to graduates of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies, Industrial Ecology and Biotechnology.
Konstantin Anufriev, Director for Organizational and HR Policy at Metafrax Chemicals, took part in the ceremony. He congratulated the graduates, their parents and university teachers on this significant event and presented memorable gifts to 14 future colleagues who studied under an agreement with the company.

JSC "Metafrax Chemicals" provides school graduates with the opportunity to receive higher education under a contract. This is a format of interaction in which an enterprise enters into an agreement with a potential student, pays for his education, pays a scholarship depending on academic performance and guarantees a workplace after successfully defending a diploma. The student, in turn, undertakes to work at the factory for 5 years after graduation. Among the educational institutions that applicants can choose are Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU), Perm State National Research University (PSNIU), Ural Federal University (UrFU, Yekaterinburg) and Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU). Upon graduation, the student gets a job at Metafrax as a young specialist, receives a monthly supplement and installation grant.
- Representatives of Metafrax came to our school, and I decided to try myself at this particular company, - said Natalia Butolina, a graduate of PNRPU. – During my studies at the university, I had internships at the enterprise, the longest was a month and a half. We were treated very kindly, they treated the students well, everything was clear and informative.
