We learned how resin is produced and tested

In November, a series of excursions for schoolchildren of the city took place at the site of the company "Metadynea" in Orekhovo-Zuyevo.

High school students from schools No. 12, No. 17 and No. 26 got acquainted with the arrangement and the main processes of the current production, and also visited the laboratory, where demonstration experiments were conducted for them to check the quality of manufactured resins. During the tour round the site, the children were told about the areas in which synthetic and industrial resins are used, about the main stages of production, and also showed where and how raw materials are loaded and finished products are shipped.

In the operator's room, Dmitry Averyanov, a production accounting engineer at Metadynea, who conducted a tour round the production site, showed the workplaces of resin synthesis operators and explained what employees do during the work shift.

Conducting demonstration experiments became the most illustrative part of the tour for the children. Laboratory assistants, led by Galina Biryukova, head of the laboratory at Metadynea, conducted several experiments for schoolchildren demonstrating the stages of checking resins for quality.

- Worker and engineer are highly demanded specialties, therefore our company actively works not only with students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, but also with school students. It is important to orient children towards obtaining industrial specialties and professions in order to ensure the continuous operation of enterprises in industries important for our region in the future," said Tatyana Belova, Head of the Human Resources Department at Metadynea.

It is planned to continue the work on organizing excursions to the production sites of the company "Metadynea" for students of educational institutions next year.
