A story of success, written by generations

The Metafrax team celebrated its professional holiday, Chemist's Day, by honouring the best employees. The evening function was held on 23rd of May at "Energetik", Gubakha Palace of Culture.

While opening the evening function, Albert Khudaibirdin, Managing Director for Production at Metafrax Chemicals, noted:

- This year, Metafrax Chemicals celebrates its 70th anniversary. All these years, the company has been developing steadily due to the strong foundation laid by our veterans. Even today, their dedication, tenacity, and fortitude do not allow us to give up in difficult situations. We honourably multiply our fair traditions in order to remain at the foundation of the future for many more years.

To the applause of colleagues, he presented prestigious awards – the title of "Honourary Chemist" - to Oleg Vityutnev, head of service for maintenance and repair of equipment in process workshops (POROTS), and Viktor Melnikov, an operator for the polyorganics and polyatomic alcohol production unit (PPAP). Valery Belov, a leading engineer of methanol production, Inessa Gladilkina, a leading engineer of the sanitary laboratory, and Elena Shcherbakova, the company's chief accountant, were awarded certificates of commendation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Albert Khudaibirdin presented certificates of commendation from Ruschem JSC to Dmitry Predein, an operator of ammonia production, Roman Pershin, deputy head of operation at PTD, Denis Kazakov, an operator of methanol production, and Aleksey Gorbunov, an operator of PPAP. Letters of acknowledgement from Ruschem JSC were awarded to Sergey Tsvilev, a lathe operator of POROTS, Dmitry Mekhanoshin, an electrician of the power supply workshop, Ekaterina Sokolova, a laboratory assistant of the central production laboratory, Aleksey Bazhov, an electric and gas welder of the railway workshop, Ruslan Marunyak, an operator of melamine production, Aleksandr Trofimenko, a shift foreman of the railway transport preparation and repair workshop, Dmitry Zlobin, an operator of formalin production, Tatiana Evstifeeva, an operator of the water supply and disposal workshop, Rinat Shamsutdinov, a fitter of the steam and gas workshop, and Sergey Shulakov, an electric welder of the maintenance and repair workshop for automated control systems and measuring instruments (TSORASU).

Armen Garslyan, deputy of the legislative assembly of the Perm region and Aleksandr Borisov, deputy chairman of the regional government, congratulated the employees on their professional holiday and the anniversary of the company. After thanking the Metafrax team for their work, they awarded letters of acknowledgement from the governor of the Kama region to Svetlana Kostina, an engineer of the technical development department, Dmitry Kotsolainen, chief mechanic of the enterprise, Vladimir Mastin, a locomotive driver of the railway workshop, Aleksey Smirnov, deputy head of the urea production, Svetlana Smyshlyaeva, a laboratory assistant of the central production laboratory, Mikhail Fedyaev, an operator of formalin production, and Evgeny Shadrin, chief process engineer of methanol production. Certificates of commendation from the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Perm region were presented to Islam Akhmetzyanov, head of the transport and administration workshop sector, Andrey Bryzgalov, an operator of methanol production, Sergey Dresvyannikov, senior foreman of TSORASU, Larisa Kondaurova, leading economist of the treasury operations department, Natalia Konyaeva, a weighmaster of railway transport preparation and repair workshop, Sergey Mullahmetov, shift head of methanol production, Andrey Nikolenko, depot head of the railway workshop, and Vladimir Silveistrov, a mechanic of the production preparation workshop. Regional awards were also presented to employees of the Gubakha branch of Metadynea - Aleksandr Shutkin, an operator, was awarded a letter of acknowledgement from the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Alyona Savintseva, a laboratory assistant, was awarded a letter of acknowledgement from the Legislative Assembly of the region.

The traditional corporate awards of Metafrax Chemicals JSC were presented by Viktor Maier, Deputy Managing Director for Production, and Vladimir Daut, Adviser to the Managing Director, who worked at the plant for 50 and 52 years, respectively, and who know its history not from chronicles and archives, but from personal contributions.

The title of "Honourary Veteran" of the company was awarded to Yuri Matyukhin, a gas rescue specialist, Sergey Mekhanoshin, a repair fitter of POROTS, Inessa Gladilkina, a leading engineer of the sanitary laboratory, Lyubov Piyandina, head of the engineering department sector, and Aleksandr Nazarov, an operator of formalin production. The names of Vladimir Mastin, a locomotive driver of the railway workshop, and Natalia Suslova, the design engineer of the engineering department, were written into the company's Honour Book.

With endless applause, the audience greeted colleagues who had worked at the enterprise for 40 years or more - Elena Shchepina, a leading process engineer of PTD, Elena Bryzgalova, an archivist of the engineering department, Tatyana Ryazanova, a metrology engineer, Aleksandr Novikov, an operator of methanol production, Nina Liiv, Zulfiya Gavrilova and Galina Gordeeva, operators of PPAP, Sergey Kosheev, a specialist for comprehensive maintenance and repair of buildings of formalin production, Natalia Konyaeva, a weighmaster of railway transport preparation and repair workshop, Viktor Ermolchev, senior operator of the water supply and disposal workshop, Viktor Tyurin, an engineer of TSORASU, Islam Akhmetzyanov, head of the transport and administration workshop sector, as well as Nadezhda Shubina, Natalia Polygalova, Elena Salikhyanova, Irina Noskova, Svetlana Bakhaeva and Yuri Turchin - veterans of the enterprise. Their names were written into the Golden reserve book of the enterprise.

Andrey Eremeev, Technical Director of the company, presented awards to the winners of corporate professional skill competitions. On this celebratory evening, Ekaterina Sokolova, a laboratory assistant of the central production laboratory, Ivan Konnov, an operator of PPAP, Denis Vidyakin, an instrument mechanic of POROTS, Sergey Metzler and Vasily Bosy, electric welders of POROTS, Leonid Maksimov, an I&A fitter, and Aleksandr Gorelov, an electrician of the power supply workshop, took the stage.

Aleksey Klein, Chairman of the regional organization of the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries, presented honourary badges of the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries to Albert Khudaibirdin, Managing Director for Production, and Konstantin Anufriev, Director of Organizational and Personnel Policy.

According to good tradition, at the end of the celebration, the anthem of Metafrax was performed by Araksia Agajanyan and the young singers of the Zapevalovo Team.
