Development leaders

At the celebratory evening dedicated to the Chemist's Day, which took place on 23rd of May at "Energetik", Gubakha Palace of Culture, the award ceremony was held for the main corporate award titled "Person of the Year".

The presenter, Yaroslav Borodin, as well as the vice-champions of the highest league of KVN, the owners of the "Big Gold KiViN" and "Small Light KiViN" - the Rovenki team, helped the company's managers to present the coveted statuettes.

This year, 63 employees of Metafrax Chemicals were nominated for the award in eleven categories.

Mikhail Abdullin, an operator of methanol production, became the winner of the "Person of the Year" award in the "Professional process engineer of a main production unit" category, and Tatiana Davletkhuzina, a laboratory assistant of the central production laboratory, won in the "Professional process engineer of an auxiliary production unit" category.

Sergey Ivanov, a boring lathe operator of POROTS, was recognized as the leader of the "Model of skill" category among repairmen. The "Person of the Year" statuette in the "Model of skill" category among electricians went to Maksim Nikitin, an electrician of the power supply workshop. Aleksey Sosnin, a fitter of TSORASU, won in the "Model of skill" category among I&A fitters.

Dmitry Bezzubov, a driver of the transport and administration department, was named an "Industry professional". In the "Strong Link" category, the award went to Ilya Alikiev, head of the methanol production department. Natalia Borisova, Deputy Director for Economics and Finance of the company, was recognized as "Manager of the Year".

Yulia Babina, a leading process engineer of the railway transport preparation and repair workshop, was the best of the best in the "Valuable Employee" category. The winner in the "Unlimited Resource" category was Aleksandra Chupina, a leading process engineer of the formalin production. Alina Isabekova, a leading economist of the economic planning department, was named the winner of the "Hope" category.

During this evening, Araksia Agajanyan, the Zapevalovo Team and the Splash drum show delighted the chemists of Metafrax Chemicals with their creative congratulations together with the amateur KVN team of Metafrax and professional KVN players from Rovenki.
