As per tradition, Metafrax Chemicals congratulated schoolchildren and students, teachers and parents on the start of the new academic year.

The company has prepared gifts for 700 first–graders from Gubakha, Gremyachinsk, Pashiya and Kizel - bright pencil cases equipped with all necessary stationery.

Konstantin Anufriev, Director of Organizational and Personnel Policy at Metafrax Chemicals, congratulated the students on Knowledge Day at the city-wide assembly in Gubakha.

Metafrax Chemicals, like other enterprises of Ruschem JSC, pays considerable attention to the training of future personnel from the school stage. This academic year in Gubakha, the tenth "Metafrax grade" has been put together for the third time on the basis of the New Educational Centre (school No. 14). Its students study chemistry, physics and mathematics in depth, focusing on further admission to specialized universities.

Metafrax comprehensively supports students: additional classes with university teachers, trips to the production site and cultural events are organized for them, and scholarships are provided depending on academic performance. During the last academic year, the first graduates of the "Metafrax grade" successfully completed their studies and were admitted to universities. After receiving higher education, students can return to their home company as young specialists.

Representatives of Metafrax Chemicals also visited the formal assemblies in other educational institutions, congratulating schoolchildren, teachers and parents on the holiday.
