HR specialists of Metadynea participated in the “HR OPEN DAY” event

HR department specialists of Metadynea took part in an HR convention for companies from Moscow and the Moscow region as well as in team building exercises at a unique nature reserve - the Sima marsh, which is located in the Moscow region.During the event, colleagues showed orienteering skills, solved all intellectual tasks and showed well-coordinated work, ensuring that the team took first place.

The networking was aimed at creating a favourable environment for communication and exchange of experience with fellow colleagues - the HR specialists, while being outdoors in an informal setting.

"It was an entire day of relaxing outside with benefits for work. Such events help to "emerge" from the flow of daily tasks and familiar surroundings, share experiences with colleagues from different companies and make new acquaintances. Most importantly, to "charge up" with positive emotions, — noted Tatyana Belova, Head of the HR Department, emphasizing how important it is to stay in touch with the HR community and strengthen the team morale.
