"Metafrax" helps Gubakha to transform

Capital repairs of 21 residential buildings have been completed in the center of Gubakha, Perm region. Apartment buildings have been repaired along Lenin Avenue, Oktyabrskiy Avenue and Degtyarev Street. Another 5 buildings are in progress, it is planned to renovate them before the end of the year.

The comprehensive reconstruction of the central planning area of Gubakha is carried out as part of a quadripartite agreement between the government of the Kama region, "Metafrax Chemicals" PJSC, the administration of the Gubakha Municipal District and the regional capital repair fund. 85% of the construction and installation works were paid for by the capital repair fund, 15% were paid by the municipality, and the development of design and estimate documentation was provided by "Metafrax". This document, signed in January 2020, became the first agreement in the region on the capital repairs of houses with the support of the city-forming enterprise.

The project foresees the repair of roofs, fronts and foundations of 26 buildings. After acceptance of the works, a five-year warranty period is valid for all repairs. The renovation of houses is carried out in the same style, both in color and composition. An integral architectural ensemble of the city center is formed as a result.
