"Metafrax Group" presents key projects in the field of "green" chemistry.
On June 8-9 at the site of the Pullman Conference Hall (Sochi), a delegation of the group of companies participates in the annual conference on operational efficiency, sustainable development and decarbonization in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. During the discussion, the experts will discuss methods and solutions for achievement of production and operational efficiency, risk management, digital transformation, sustainable development and decarbonization of the industry.
At the conference, "Metafrax Group" is represented by a delegation consisting of Levon Garslyan, the Strategy and Investments Director, Natalia Startseva, the Financial Director, Margarita Belyakova, the Corporate and Legal Affairs Director, Maria Konovalova, the Head of Strategic Communications Department, Lilia Kulya, the Chief Strategy Analyst, Nikolay Ilyukhin, the General Director of "Metafrax" ETC, and Vasily Perepelkin, the Head of the company's Moscow branch.
As part of the first day of the conference, Natalia Startseva, together with colleagues from Gazprombank, took part in the round table discussion titled "Project implementation in new conditions. Financing and procurement".

On June 9, as part of the section titled "Sustainable development of the oil-and-gas and chemical industry in Russia and the world", Levon Garslyan will present the "Metafrax Group's" view on the development of green chemistry and the group's key projects. Margarita Belyakova will talk about the implementation of ESG principles, and Nikolay Ilyukhin will talk about the technical and environmental aspects of current projects.
- "Metafrax Group" has accumulated considerable experience in implementation of ESG principles in the process of solving issues in the areas of ecology, industrial safety, labor protection, social policy and corporate management. Since January 2022, a special work group for the implementation of ESG principles has been established at the level of the group of companies. "Metafrax Group's" "green" projects are among the key ones in the group's investment portfolio, - informed Levon Garslyan.

The three-year program of "Metafrax", aimed at resolving environmental issues, foresees more than 5 billion rubles of investment. In 2021, the scope of investments in capital stock for environmental protection and rational use of natural resources exceeded 294.8 million rubles.
