Partnership agreement
Metadynea and School No. 12 with in-depth study of individual subjects in Orekhovo-Zuyevo have signed a partnership agreement.
Trips to the production site and meetings with company specialists who share their experience of working at the production plant have already been successfully carried out as part of the collaboration between the enterprise and the school.
The recently signed agreement presumes the expansion of cooperation in terms of development of both the career guidance among students and the joint activities for organization and supervision of extracurricular projects, conferences, exhibitions and competitions.
- As part of this agreement, we are working to create new opportunities for the students in order to expand their awareness of various professions and existing employment prospects, - noted Tatyana Belova, Head of the HR Department. – Together with the school’s management, we are considering various forms of cooperation, including support for talented children and assistance in equipping classrooms with modern demonstration and laboratory equipment. We hope that our efforts will help to improve the conditions for education and development of students.
At the meeting dedicated to the signing of the agreement, the parties noted that this collaboration shall become an important step in training a new generation of specialists who are ready for the challenges of the modern labour market.

In 2023, the company donated funds to Orekhovo-Zuyevo school No. 12 for the procurement of an advanced digital chemical laboratory with additional sets of chemical reagents and vessels as part of Metadynea's policy on collaboration with local educational institutions and on support of children's interest in chemistry and science. This equipment is specifically designed for laboratory-based and practical activities as part of an in-depth chemistry program for grades 8 to 11, the organization of elective courses, extracurricular works, academic and research activities and project works.
