Reward for the Labor Day

On April 19, the annual solemn awarding of the best workers of the city's enterprises took place at the "Winter Theater" of Orekhovo-Zuevo.

Traditionally, an employee of the company "Metadynea" is among the awardees. The chief metrologist of the company, Evgeny Kotsolainen, received a Letter of Gratitude from the governor of the Moscow region.

The support of colleagues and management allows me to feel confident and reach new heights in my work.

Evgeny Kotsolainen is the chief metrologist, has been working in the Metafrax Group of Companies since 2003. His career at Metadynea began as an automated control system engineer at the company's branch in Gubakha, Perm Region. At the same time, Yevgeny Anatolyevich, in the period from 2006 to 2016, was directly involved in the commissioning and putting into operation of the production facilities of the Metadynea company in another region - in the Moscow region.

In 2016, Yevgeny Kotsolainen was transferred to the position of chief metrologist, changing his place of residence to Orekhovo-Zuyevo in the Moscow region. During his work in the Moscow region, Evgeny Anatolyevich, in the role of a technical expert, together with a group of specialists of the enterprise, was directly involved in the development of technical solutions, design and subsequent implementation of investment projects. As a result, the production capacities of the enterprise were significantly expanded, and a greater number of high-quality finished products were obtained.

It is not the first time that Yevgeny Kotsolainen has become a laureate of professional and labor awards. Among them are a Letter of Gratitude from the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory, Gratitude from the administration of the Orekhovo–Zuyevo city district in 2020, Letters of Gratitude from Metadynea LLC in 2019 and 2021. E.A. Kotsolainen is also the winner of the corporate award "Best of the best-2019" in the nomination "Manager".
