Ruschem — an all-round champion of “Chemfest-2025”

The team of Ruschem won at the All-Russian sports fstival titled “Chemfest-2025” and became an all-round leader among the largest enterprises of Russian chemical industry.

This year’s festival brought together hundreds of employees of domestic chemical industry enterprises from the entire country. The althletes of Ruschem showed stellar results in individual and team categories, confirming their status as the strongest participants.

The team included the employees of holding’s enterprises from Bashkiria, Kama region, Volgograd region, Moscow, Altai region and other areas. The most distinguished atletes were Victoria Terekhina (Minudobreniya JSC), the strongest athlete of the holding and one of the best in mas wrestling, Rinat Khazeev (Metafrax Chemicals JSC), the most accurate player of the team - his result is one of the best in the darts category as well as Anton Suvorov (BSK JSC) and Elmira Samigullina (Ruschem JSC), who took award-winning places in athletics category. Tatyana Sheremetyeva, the head of the management accounting group, joined the Ruschem team from Metadynea. In addition, spectators - employees of Metadynea - came to support their colleagues and took part in free categories - a 900-meter race, chess and checkers.

Ruschem actively invests in the health of its employees by developing the sports aspect of its social policy. The holding supports corporate sports programs, creating conditions for exercises at workplaces and outside the enterprises. Pull-up bars and exercise machines are installed at the production workshops of the enterprises, a compensation system for the cost of membership in fitness clubs has been partially implemented, sport clubs are in operation, and corporate sport contests and competitions are being held. In addition, Ruschem implements charitable initiatives, supports children's sports and organises large-scale sports events in the target regions.
