Metafrax Chemicals company participated in the “Operational efficiency 2025” conference and exhibition on improving of operational efficiency in nitrogen, petrochemical and oil refining industries.

Metafrax delegation at the event included ESG Director Alexey Burakov and Director for Strategic Communications Maria Konovalova. One of the significant topics of the discussion were ESG-strategies as a driver of improving the efficiency of enterprises. Participants reviewed the steps to implement ESG-strategies, current risks and challenges for companies in the Russian context, typical mistakes while implementing and the lack of internal competence.

The conference was organized by the Energy Leader company.
