Strengthening ties with educational institutions

Metadynea company summed up the results of cooperation with schools, colleges and universities in 2024.

Metadynea continues to demonstrate an active position in developing partnerships with educational institutions in the regions where it operates. In particular, in 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed with school No. 12 in Orekhovo-Zuyevo, and field events were held. In the summer, students studying in various fields and specialties completed an internship in the company's divisions.

School Initiatives

One of the most striking examples of cooperation was the partnership with secondary school No. 12 with in-depth study of individual subjects in Orekhovo-Zuyevo. As part of the joint work, Metadynea conducted several excursions to its production facilities in 2024 for high school students and the chemistry class of the school, organized a career guidance game for schoolchildren and participated in the "Science Day" organized by the administration of the educational institution. These events allowed students not only to get acquainted with the real working environment, but also to see the prospects for development in the field of chemical production.

Practice and internships for students

Metadynea is actively developing cooperation with leading universities in the country, as part of which, last year, students were able to gain practical skills at an existing enterprise:

  • Students of the Industrial and Economic College of the State Humanitarian and Technological University ( Orekhovo-Zuyevo) in the areas of "Technical operation and maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment" and "Heat supply" completed internships in the groups of power engineering and metrology;
  • Students of the Railway College specializing in information systems and programming gained practical experience in the metrologist group;
  • Students of the Ivanovo State University of Chemical Technology, studying organic and petrochemical synthesis technologies, got acquainted with the production process in the formalin production department.
  • Students of the Mytishchi branch of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (MSTU), students of the Chemical Technology of Wood Processing and students of the Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev had internships at the Center for Research and Development. They tried themselves as analysts and recipe developers. Of this group, two students expressed a desire to continue their studies at the magistracy, and after receiving their bachelor's degrees, they began working at Metadynea.
  • A student of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin received practical knowledge in the legaldepartment.

Field events and talent meetings

In addition to the events held on the territory of the enterprise, representatives of the company regularly hold field meetings with students, for example, they visit specialized educational institutions with presentations of "Metadynea". Thus, the specialists of the HR department presented the company at Pavlovo-Posad College, and took part in a job fair at the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman, where they talked about career prospects and opportunities for young professionals.

Participation in the "Festival of Professions"

An important event was the "Festival of Professions", organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. In Moscow, at VDNH, where more than three thousand guests attended lectures and interactive exhibitions, Metadynea presented the latest investment projects and innovative solutions. During the free communication, the company's experts answered in detail questions about career growth, opportunities for cooperation with educational institutions and support for young professionals.

Metadynea's top managers and experts regularly participate in seminars, workshops, give lectures, and join admissions committees at leading universities in the country, which allows them not only to share their experience, but also to identify and develop talents in a timely manner. This practice becomes the key to the formation of a personnel reserve capable of ensuring the company's leadership in a competitive industry.
