Top Achievers 2023

Metadynea employees voted for the achievements of their colleagues based on the results of the past year. The “Best of the Best” corporate award is intended to support the initiatives, labor contribution of employees and their professional development within the companyю

The award ceremony took place in Gubakha (Perm Territory), Orekhovo-Zuevo (Moscow region) and city of Moscow. The laureates were awarded steles, the nominees were awarded diplomas and everyone was paid a prize.

Each of you deserves to be here, an indicator of this is the recognition of our colleagues,” Managing Director of the Metadynea company Igor Spassky addressed the company’s employees. – Thanks to the professionalism and cohesive work of all departments and divisions, the Metadynea company was able to achieve decent results this year. We continued to ship products to our consumers in the required volumes and were able to maintain high quality, which is a key factor in our stable operation. The employees were awarded in December 2023. The winners in the “Valuable Employee” category were: Mikhail Trofimov, leading technical specialist in industrial resins (Moscow), Nikolai Dokuchaev, 4th category synthesis operator at the synthetic resins production department (Gubakha, Perm Territory), and Dmitry Nesterov, 5th category synthesis operator at the synthetic resins production department resins and pulverbakelite (Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow region).

As “Strong link” of the team were named Grigory Bondarenko, the 4th category operator of the raw materials preparation, semi-finished products and products release of the synthetic resins production department (Gubakha, Perm Territory), and Sergei Maslov, the 4th category operator of the raw materials preparation, semi-finished products and products release of the production preparation department (Orekhovo -Zuevo, Moscow region).

As “Mentors” of the year were named Marina Maltseva, 4th category synthesis operator at the synthetic resin production department (Gubakha, Perm Territory), and Leonid Trofimenko, 6th category synthesis operator at the synthetic resin and pulverbakelite production department (Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow region).

As “Craft professional” in 2023 were named Anton Belkin, process engineer (Gubakha, Perm Territory), and Nikita Zelenkin, warehouse manager (Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow region).

As “Managers of the Year” were recognized Anastasia Afanasyevskaya, leading sales manager for wood-based board resins (Moscow), and Dmitry Slavkov, chief technologist (Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow region).

Also, employees in the city of Orekhovo-Zuevo chose the laureates of the nominations “Sustainable Potential” - Igor Zaitsev, a repairman of the mechanics group, “Exemplary of Excellence” - Leonid Kosinov, a foreman of the energy group, and “Hope of the Future” - Yulia Alexandrova, a specialist in personnel records management .

“Divisions of the Year” were the Sales Group of Resins for Plywood Production (Moscow), the Laboratory (Gubakha, Perm Territory) and the Human Resources Department (Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow Region).

In the “Project of the Year” nomination, the company was awarded the project “Organization of the production of alkylphenol resins for tire products and rubber goods” and its team - Konstantin Korovin, leading sales manager for industrial resins, Sergey Ivanov, head of the research and development center, and Andrey Polovodov, head of the projects.

After the award ceremony, the teams celebrated the New Year.
