Gubakha is turning for the better

During a working trip, deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory Armen Garslyan, Maria Konovalova and Aleksei Mazlov, together with the Head of the Gubakha Municipal District Nikolai Lazeikin, assessed the progress of major renovations of residential buildings in Gubakha.

The project for the comprehensive reconstruction of the central planning area of Gubakha with the support of Metafrax Chemicals started in January 2020. This document became the first agreement in the Perm Territory on the overhaul of houses with the support of the city-forming enterprise. Over the past years, 26 houses on the central streets of Gubakha have already been renovated as part of the project.

The second stage of a comprehensive overhaul of houses in the city in a single architectural ensemble is being implemented with the support of Dmitry Makhonin, the Governor of the Perm Territory, within the framework of an agreement between the government of the Perm Territory, the capital repair fund of the Perm Territory, Metafrax Chemicals JSC, Gubakhinskiy Koks JSC and the Administration of the Gubakha District.

The project provides for the overhaul of buildings at the following addresses: Lenin Ave., 19, 25, 35, 41, Radishchev Street 3, Michurin Street 2, Tsiolkovskiy Street 4, Degtyarev Street 9. In addition to updating facades, roofs and foundations, it is planned to install individual heating units in houses with communal metering devices. Currently, work on the development of design and estimate documentation has been completed, and positive expert opinions have been received for all objects. Renovations have begun in six out of eight houses. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

We see how Gubakha is urning for the better and we will contribute to this in the future,” said Armen Garslyan, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory, first deputy secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia party.

Deputies also inspected one of the four modular gas boiler houses built as part of the project to reconstruct the heat supply system in the village of Ugleuralsky. Facilities with a capacity of 34 MW have been put into operation. The implementation of this project made it possible to increase the reliability and quality of heat supply for three thousand residents of the village and 7 socially significant facilities.
