Ready to move forward

On August 26-27, "Metafrax-Inform" held a problem-oriented seminar and a strategic planning session. The main objectives of the events were: identification of contradictions that limit the growth of the effectiveness of the organization and definition of the strengths of the team in order to achieve a superior result.

This was the first experience of the "Metafrax-Inform" LLC team in jointly overcoming the challenges dictated by the external environment, digitalization of many areas of life and business as well as internal processes of the company. The management team from Gubakha, Perm and Orekhovo-Zuyevo gathered together at the "Ural Bouquet" corporate base. Nataliya Shakhova, the management and organizational development consultant, helped in identifying problems and finding solutions.

At the end of the second day, the participants were divided into project groups to implement the decisions made at the strategic planning session. As a result, a strategic map of the goals of "Metafrax-Inform" LLC and an action plan for their implementation were developed.

Stanislav Noskov, the General Director of "Metafrax-Inform" LLC, noted the following while summing up the results of the work:

- This event is very relevant for us, specifically in relation to the implementation of the target management model of the group of companies. The issues of providing IT services and information technology support to the enterprises included in the group acquire special significance in the course of these transformations. The most prompt and effective solutions are required. For their development and subsequent implementation, we need a platform for an open exchange of opinions and experience, identification of key areas of the company's development and development of a joint action plan. Today I saw that the team is ready to move forward. And this means that we will successfully achieve the established goals.
